Ai Mei’s Executive Chef Mr. Peter Cheung hailing from Hong Kong, innovates traditional Hong Kong cuisine by tapping into nostalgia of his city of gourmet. Chef Peter promotes up to sixteen specialties on the a la carte menu which includes: Deep-fried Crab Claw representing typical Hong Kong banquets, Wok-fried Roe Crab with Vermicelli in Clay Pot invented by food stalls in the Temple Street night market, Hot and Sour Fish Maw with Assorted Seafood enhanced with Chef Peter’s special spice flavoring, culture symbolizing Roasted Sliced Suckling Pig, exotic Wok-fried Boston Lobster with Spring Onion and Ginger, domestically appreciated Bird’s Nest with Coconut Milk and Papaya Juice among others. A group of 6 – 12 people can get a special 34% off the entire food bill if ordering just one item from the a la carte menu for Hong Kong dishes.
