Ai Mei Chinese Restaurant at Le Royal Meridien Shanghai relaunches its lunchtime menu with a new array of perfectly packaged, à la carte and all-you-can-eat dim sum, available daily in its elegant dining rooms.

Around 100 authentic Cantonese dishes include Shrimp dumpling, Carrot cream bun, Turnip cake with X.O sauce and Chilled sago cream soup with pomelo, presented by the Chinese Executive Chef Peter Cheung who catered for head of countries.
