Hotel Nikko Shanghai – Sea Bream and Bamboo Shoots Shabu-shabu Set

鲷鱼春笋涮涮锅套餐-1MBenkay Japanese Restaurant at Hotel Nikko will introduce a Sea Bream and Bamboo Shoots Shabu-Shabu set to the menu in April. Fresh bream caught this spring, and tender bamboo shoots harvested in early morning, with a sauce made from lime and orange vinegar, creating ‘shabu’ flavour.

Other dishes in the set menu include Salty Grilled Salmon Halas with Perilla and Grated Radish, Steamed Egg Custard with Crab and Lily Bulb, Steamed Chicken with Sesame Dressing Salad, Sashimi, Mini cakes and Seasonal Fruits, and miso.
