Shops, restaurants and art galleries are gathered. The Earls Court in London is like Les Halles of Paris, the SOHO of Hong Kong China and xintiandi of Shanghai.  A fashionable living style is inevitable here.

A new collection of homes including an expansive three-bedroom penthouse is available to purchase at Lillie Square, a landmark development by Capco and KFI in Earls Court, West London.

Lillie Square is a short walk from the famous hotels such as 5 star ME London Hotel, art galleries and Michelin star restaurants of Chelsea and close to the luxury fashion boutiques of Kensington, including Burberry and Louis Vuitton.

At the heart of the development is a new garden square and The Lost River Park - one of the largest new parks created in London for over a century. This vast green space has been designed by Andy Sturgeon, winner of the Chelsea Flower Show, a prestigious and historic garden show attended annually by members of the British Royal Family.

Spread over 18,000 square feet, the Clubhouse is home to a cocktail lounge, children’s games room, ESPA branded spa, world class gymnasium with Technogym exercising equipment, a 20-metre swimming pool and cinema room.

The Clubhouse is serviced by London’s best-loved brands including Selfridges, who offer residents fashion master classes and styling sessions, while Berry Bros & Rudd host regular wine tasting in the cocktail lounge. Other lifestyle services include priority booking at the Harwood Arms, London’s only Michelin Star pub and exclusive offers at Duck & Dry, a luxury hair salon in Chelsea and Wild at Heart, one of Britain’s most celebrated florists.

Contemporary Homes

The contemporary three-bedroom penthouse at Lillie Square is the epitome of chic London living. Located at the top of the tallest building at Lillie Square, it offers 2,562 square feet of living space spread across the 14th and 15th floors. There is also an expansive roof terrace on the 16th floor boasting impressive views of London’s famous landmarks including The Shard and the Millennium Wheel.

The open plan kitchen, and dining space in the penthouse connects naturally to the living spaces and is thoughtfully designed as much for entertaining as for relaxation, flooded with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling glazing. A Bulthaup kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and contemporary timber flooring provide both style and function. The spacious master suite offers a tranquil retreat with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The neighbouring study is a haven for inspiration with beautiful views over the London skyline. A balcony completes the generous reception space on the 15th floor and provides much-desired outdoor space. Completing the luxurious city living space is the 16th floor rooftop terrace with outdoor dining and lounge furniture.

An Urban Village

Lillie Square is the first chapter of the regeneration of Earls Court, an area traditionally associated with the Earls Court Exhibition Centre, which hosted The Brit Awards, the British equivalent to The Grammy Awards.

The £12bn regeneration project will create four urban villages with thousands of new homes and a high street in Earls Court devised by architect Sir Terry Farrell. A key part of the regeneration is the creation of 7.5 acres of green space as well as retail, dining and cultural facilities.

New Pop Up High Street

As a nod to what’s to come over the next 10 years, Capco have created a pop-up high street on Lillie Road called West Brompton Crossing, featuring a rotating community artists/makers space, bike repair shop and café. It is also home to The Prince, an innovative space comprising four different restaurants, two bars and music all enclosed in a woodland pergola garden. This popular venue is perfect for brunch with friends, dinner with family or a relaxing summer afternoon listening to music.
