Goldgenie, the London based company that customises phones, games machines and other household items with gold and Swarovski diamonds, have announced their 24ct. Gold iPhone 6 Elite Collection in China. They’re expecting huge demand, with their first gold plated iPhone in 2007 having more orders than they could cope with, so this time they’re limiting sales of their iPhone 6 to premium Apple resellers.
Goldgenie are pioneers in the field of luxury customisation, and since gaining investment from BBC TV show Dragons Den star James Caan in 2007, they’ve grown their international presence and developed a reputation for quality, with Blackberry, Aston Martin and Rolls Royce, Will Smith, the Beckhams and Roman Abramovich among their clientele.
They’ve now opened an office in China to distribute to the local market, and intend to expand their portfolio, providing the Chinese market with “unique products from a unique British brand”.
